  3. Limited License: By downloading materials from MountSolo, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the downloaded content for personal purposes only.

  4. Copyright and Intellectual Property: All downloaded materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of downloaded content is strictly prohibited.

  5. Content Updates: Please note that downloaded materials may not reflect the most up-to-date version available on MountSolo. We recommend regularly accessing the platform online to ensure access to the latest content and updates.

Refund Policy

At MountSolo, we strive to provide the highest quality educational experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Here is our refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds may be requested within 5 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

    • The refund request is made by the original purchaser or the account holder.

    • There is no required reason for any refund request.

  2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your purchase details for the refund via email or the contact form below. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. 

  3. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:​

    • Promotional or discounted purchases that explicitly state a no-refund policy at the time of purchase.

    • Third-party fees or charges associated with the purchase.

  4. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to be reflected in your account. 

  5. Course Access: In the case of a refund, access to the refunded course or resource will be revoked, and any progress or certificates associated with the course will no longer be available.
